95: Human Chat Bot

Despite having the perfect personality for it, Omri Shalev has never worked in a hotel. Omri's international upbringing, background in software development, and time in the Israeli Army all combined to give him the skills and connections needed to co-found a hotel procurement technology company. Susan and Omri talk about what technology can and can't do and how confidence-building it can be to get thrown in the middle of the desert.
