Audio Usage Policy
Thanks for being a guest on Top Floor!
We’re thrilled when you want to share your episode with your audience, we really are. But to keep our show’s voice, branding, and integrity strong (and our listeners delighted), we ask that you follow this simple audio usage policy before posting or creating content.
What You Can Use
We want you to promote your episode! Feel free to create social clips using:
• The final, edited episode audio. Only after the episode has dropped.
• Short teaser clips that hype your appearance.
• Excerpts that clearly promote Top Floor.
What We Ask You to Keep Intact
Keep our show branding front and center. Leave logos and audio identifiers untouched.
Tag the show when you post: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, wherever you’re sharing.
Don’t repackage the audio as standalone content under your brand only. These clips should drive people back to the show.
What’s Not Allowed
We’re keeping this simple because no one wants a policy novel, so please do not:
• Chop up or edit clips in a way that changes context or meaning.
• Redistribute the full episode audio as your own.
• Create derivative products (courses, downloads, long compilations, rebranded episodes) without our permission.
Why This Matters
Our goal is to make sharing easy and to ensure that Top Floor with Susan Barry continues to show up the right way, proud, consistent, and recognizable. That way, your content helps elevate the podcast and reflects well on you, too.
Thank you for being part of the Top Floor. We can’t wait to see what you create! If you need something specific that isn’t covered here, just reach out.
